Information you give us. When you complete our enquiry form or contact us by email or phone, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, the location of your site, and the details of your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and your device and browser type. This is collected using cookies and is aggregated; we do not use it to personally identify you.
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to provide and quote on our cultural heritage services, and to keep records of our dealings with you.
